I have to admit I do not feel as confident going into this one as I did after using Hock study materials. I'm taking part 2 in Feb, and I'm using Gleim this time (I borrowed the book from someone).
Using Hock, I passed the CMA exam part I on my first attempt. Hock's coverage of the material is comprehensive and complete. Just to set the record straight, Hock does not sell any "flashcard review." In my case i prefer hock in studying and gleim for solving questions I have intermediate accounting/ finance knowledger, skill and experience as MBA and currently FA at IBM. i would like to know that between Hock and Gleim, which one would you like to choose or prefer based on your experience? Of course, as soon as I previewed the flashcards I realized their content was outdated, and I relied mostly on my Gleim materials. I used them on my first attempt at Test 2 and found the material to be limited in scope and in some cases outdated from the content of the testing outline. If Hock is the company that sells the "flashcard review" then I don't recommend them for anything.
